We always get the best customer service at Citizen m. Check-in and checkout are simple, and the rooms are cleaned to perfection with staff ready to help with anything we need. It was our first time at the Citizen M Noma location, and we found it comforting, like a home away from home. The restaurant and bar are amazing, and there are good breakfast choices. The only thing keeping this from five stars is the lack of better parking availability.

The controls in the room were a huge plus: with the tablet, we could adjust the blinds, lights, brightness and color, climate, and even the TV. It really made the experience better. After checking in, we were impressed by the room and the hotel overall, and the room was very comfortable. Being able to sit at the bar in the evening for a cocktail and some food made the stay feel more comfortable, and breakfast the next morning was the perfect finishing touch. I definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

The hotel has a really cool modern feel, and the design and decor look beautiful. The bartenders were friendly, and I liked the woman working the morning shift. The other two women could use more training, though. At check-in on Wednesday, January 28, the agent with the puffy hair didn’t explain much about the room or the hotel. I felt hurried, and basic information like how to connect to Wi-Fi or what amenities were available was missing. I used to work the front desk at a Marriott, so I know guests should also be told whether tea and coffee are complimentary. Later, another front desk employee seemed annoyed and uninterested, like she didn’t want to be there. I’m also not sure what’s on the mirror in Room 534.

We slept really well here. The bed was huge and comfortable, and the towels were especially nice. The hotel was super clean, and everything went smoothly. Room settings for things like the lights, sound, atmosphere, and blinds are controlled with an iPad. That may not suit everyone, but we found it modern and fun. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby if you need a quick bite. Thanks to the staff for making our holiday-season stay so lovely.
