The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I've ever had in a hotel, and the room and property were clean and classy. The Nespresso pods were complimentary and made for a nice start to the morning. From check-in through checkout, we were treated with the utmost respect. I'd absolutely recommend this upscale, classy hotel.

Moses made a personal day even more memorable by surprising my now-husband with a cupcake for his birthday, which fell on our wedding day. He was attentive and kind throughout, looking after us and our families. We also appreciated the way staff kept checking that everything was running smoothly. Micheal helped us through the contract and coordination, always responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to make things clear and easy. The team even packed us anniversary cake and brought dinner to our room after the reception in case we hadn't eaten. Their care and attention to detail made a real difference, and we're grateful they helped make the day unforgettable. The Willard was a stunning, elegant, timeless setting for our wedding, and the whole experience was wonderful.

The Willard Hotel has a beautiful lobby, luxurious rooms, and a classic atmosphere that made our visit unforgettable. Its historic elegance is lovely, and the location is convenient for walking to many of Washington's best-known landmarks. I loved our five-star stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Washington, D.C.

I ordered pancakes for breakfast in my room, and they arrived on time looking delicious. But there wasn't a single condiment, not even salt, pepper, butter, or syrup for the $80 meal. I called, they acknowledged the problem, and 45 minutes later I was still waiting, watching my food go cold. No syrup with pancakes was the last straw in an already disappointing Christmas Eve at The Willard. At check-in, the gentleman seemed unwelcoming, almost like he didn't want to serve me, and didn't tell me the dining hours. When I got to my room at 11 p.m., I learned I'd missed dinner by five minutes. The supposed upgrade was on a low floor, with a poorly stocked mini fridge and a view of the hotel I should have spent Christmas Eve at. I expected the price to come with better service. I'm disappointed I spent my time here, especially Christmas Eve, and won't make that mistake again.
