I was going through a breakup and needed somewhere away from home. I tried this place, but the room smelled strongly, almost like urine-soaked carpet. I lasted about an hour before giving up on sleeping there and spent the night in my car in Walmart's parking lot. The property needs a major update. I see they now rent by the week and month, but I still wouldn't recommend it without new carpeting and a proper clean, deodorizing, and disinfecting.

We left without staying, the only time we've ever done that. We tried to check in at 6:30, but the staff said our king room was destroyed and offered two regular beds instead. We refused, then were offered an upgraded king room with a sofa after a 5 to 7 minute cleaning wait. In that room the toilet barely flushed and had only a quarter roll of paper, and the TV didn't work. I went back down and asked them not to charge us, but they said the card had been run at 3 pm. Five days later I still hadn't been reimbursed. Someone living there told me they don't clean rooms until guests check in. Disgusting.

The breakfast was pretty sad: coffee, milk, orange juice, plain bread with no butter or toaster, and one cereal choice. They had waffle instructions, but there was no batter or waffle iron. Our first room had neither heat nor Wi-Fi, so we were moved. After we got back around 11, I found there was no toilet paper in the closet-sized bathroom, after I'd already used it. For three people, we had two washcloths, one hand towel, and two bath towels. A first-floor window was broken out, and on Saturday morning we noticed the sign marked “out of order” by the front door was covering a fire alarm.

It took 1 hour and 15 minutes to check in, the second time in a year I've had this issue with this manager. As a Diamond member, I was scolded about how Wyndham flagship steals money from the hotel, then kept waiting in the lobby while the room was supposedly being checked. The manager sat in the back on the phone. Wyndham should remove places like this from its flagship. These locations drag down the brand's quality, name, and reputation.

The beds were clean and comfortable, and our room was spotless. The Mexican housekeeper who looked after it worked really hard.
