The LINE Hotel DC

The staff were so helpful and accommodating during a lovely stay. My room was clean and nice, with a cute little view, and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in DC.

I was here for a work trip and found the staff very kind and accommodating. It’s a historic old building, but the rooms were roomy and more than enough for my needs. I slept well every night. The conference rooms are good, and the mezzanine is a great party space. I’d happily return for another corporate event or just a stay in the area.

The staff made things feel easy and welcoming. They were friendly and helpful without laying it on too thick. The rooms had lots of light, felt relaxed, and were surprisingly spacious for DC, a place to unwind instead of just sleep. The Adams Morgan location is a real plus, with plenty happening and good food, music, and energy all around. The building is also really cool: it was once a historic church, and they kept its character while making it feel modern and comfortable. I had a great stay at The Line Hotel in DC and would recommend it without hesitation.

The restaurant staff were friendly and showed me the right hotel entrance and valet. At the front desk, though, Latoya (?) wouldn’t unlock the door for me or greet me. She didn’t explain the restaurant and cafe hours clearly, then got angry and shouted at me for not understanding. When I asked for a supervisor, she said she was done with me and told me to come back tomorrow. The Landmark Studio Suite was spacious, but the decor felt like a cheap try at looking stylish. My fourth-floor room had a loud buzzing AC system right outside the window, with blasting noise within about 20 feet of the windows. I couldn’t sleep there. I’ll try breakfast tomorrow morning and report back. The nightmare continues.
