When I asked the front desk for help, the man working there was hostile, rude, and useless. I told him rats were swarming around the entrance, but he argued with me and showed no compassion. He said, “every major city has rats,” and that nothing could be done. That’s a lie. This isn’t a city problem, it’s a negligence problem. I’m a born and raised New Yorker. I know rats and city life, but I’ve never seen anything like this property. There weren’t just one or two rats. There was an army of them, scurrying back and forth, waiting at the front door as if they ran the place. It was like a sick scene out of Ratatouille without any charm. It was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever witnessed. This place is a breeding ground, a health hazard, and a scam. The staff don’t care about your safety, and management don’t care about hygiene. I’ve never felt so unsafe or disgusted in a hotel. Don’t bring yourself or your family here. This place needs to be condemned immediately.

The staff were attentive and helpful, and stayed welcoming throughout. My room was spotless, comfortable, and nicely arranged, which made it easy to relax. From arrival on, everything went smoothly and was handled professionally. The organization and quality really felt like five-star standards.

The man at the desk even suggested some places to visit in DC, including food spots. He was extremely helpful, and the cleaner was attentive too. They were both so kind and welcoming, and made our stay really enjoyable. What a nice hotel, I’m having a great time here. Thanks so much 😉
