Courtyard Waterbury Downtown

I've been here for a few weeks, and the rooms have stayed extremely clean. Everyone has been friendly and welcoming, from check-in and housekeeping to parking security. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you courtyard for the great service.

For the rate I paid, this works as an overnight stay, and I've been here weekly for almost two months. It's one of the cheapest hotels around and conveniently located, with relatively clean rooms that are dated. Service varies at the Bistro and front desk, though every now and then it's surprisingly good. The Bistro food is good since it's sourced from the attached restaurant. There may be questionable loiterers near the front entrance. Bring ear plugs. The AC and highway are loud, sirens from emergency vehicles come by often, and sometimes there's an obnoxious car even when your room doesn't face the highway. Wifi reliability seems to depend on the room and time. Titanium perks are limited aside from points. I got upgraded once, but the suite had wifi reception issues and heavily stained furniture.

Tim at the front desk was accommodating and took my criticism well, doing what he could to make me comfortable and satisfied. The hotel itself has disappointed me on each of my several stays. It's older and needs upgrades. My TV was small and very dark, and after I changed rooms because of a loud AC unit, the next room had the same problems. I was on a higher floor, but outside noise was still worse than it should've been. Even the building sign is only half lit at night. The place is due for upgrades.

Everything was super clean and well maintained, and the service was excellent. The staff helped me make waffles and look for my wallet. Shout out to Kate I think from the front desk, and everyone in the food area for helping me out.
