Michael's higaboo was so polite and respectful, and he went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. He keeps the hotel's integrity. If six stars were possible, I'd give him seven.

There were dirty towels on the floor and sink, and the floors felt sticky and looked dirty. Whatever was in our bed was really nasty. I told the front desk, and they didn't even apologize. They just said they were remodeling.

The TV didn't work at first, and after they fixed it, the air conditioning stopped working, so we had to change rooms. That night in the new room, we found the toilet seat was broken. I told the front desk in the morning and was told they'd fix it, but it was still broken when we got back that night. We're stuck here now, but definitely won't return.

For the price, it's a clean place in a great location with breakfast, and the staff are amazing. It's an older property, so don't be put off by the exterior or dated interior. You'll be safe and comfortable for the night.
