Check-in was great, the woman at the desk was very polite, and the price wasn't bad. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was nice, especially the cast-iron bathtub. Still, the lighting was a problem: there were only dim table lamps, which left the room rather dark, and there wasn't breakfast. You can hear people talking or playing music in other rooms, though things quieted down after 10 p.m., which was a plus.

My friend had driven 14 hours from San Diego and stopped in my city on the way through. I booked and paid for her room, and put in the reservation that she'd arrive around 1 to 2 a.m. She showed up with the confirmation, ready to check in, but they refused to let her in and said she'd have to wait until a certain time. She came back then and they still refused her. I'm appalled by how they treated her and would never recommend this place. Afterward, Double Tree in Chico treated her kindly and found her a room.

Five-star international experience, hands down the best Mo Tell in thee Airriha. Satisfaction guaranteed! Except we're in America, the farrells country. All Roy?

The room was a good size for a couple, with plenty of storage, and the bathroom had nice amenities. The place was clean and well kept, and the price was good for the area. I enjoyed breakfast on a couple of mornings, and having laundry on site was handy. The location was a little tricky, but I still enjoyed the stay.
