The EV charger used to bill by the kW hour, like most chargers, and filling my car cost about $17, which seemed normal. Now there’s an extra $5 per hour on top of the electricity, so the same charge that used to cost $17 came to $80. I wasn’t expecting that, and it’s far too expensive.

The place was quiet despite being in a really busy area, and the cleanup crew did a great job. There were good amenities and everything needed to make a home-cooked meal. Breakfast was complimentary and good, though I wish it started earlier.

The lobby restroom needs a code to get in, like one at a 7-11 or a gas station in a bad neighborhood. It’s inconvenient and low class. As a Diamond club member, I suggested changing that, but staff were unreceptive and rude. I was interrupted with, “It’s not going to change.” I won’t return. I’ll take my many stays to Redding, Orville, or Corning. Thank you.

I had a horrible stay. The hotel is in a bad area, with people wandering around the parking lot and sleeping between cars, which made it feel unsafe. Our hotel key was stolen while we were heading to a local store, and people approached me in both the parking area and lobby. The safety equipment didn’t seem up to inspection, and I became violently ill from breakfast. The staff seemed poorly trained in hospitality, if trained at all, and the facility didn’t feel hygienic or safe. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
