As of 5/18/22, rent was $750 a month, about in line with other single rooms or cabins nearby. What sets this place apart is how furnished it is: towels, sheets, toaster, cookware, dishes, trash can, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo, broom, plus a full-size fridge and electric stove. I didn’t need to buy a hot plate. You can set up a barbecue outside your door too. It’s a working community, with some people socializing outside on weekends and others keeping to themselves. Either way, it’s a decent place to sleep. The bathroom is spacious and has good water pressure. There are two laundry rooms, each with two shared computers for things like faxing or working on a resume. The fitness room isn’t much if you work out. Internet is very slow, and the Vizio TV is dated, though I plugged in my Roku. The on-site manager dale is usually around if you need anything and is chill, just follow the rules. Downtown Watford City is about five minutes away.

They kicked me, my boyfriend, and our six-month-old baby out because the baby was making too much noise in her jumper. After we left, they charged our account twice. I wouldn’t stay here unless you want them taking your hard-earned money.

The room had everything I needed, even a boot dryer. I wish I’d known before flying with my own big boot dryer. Hope that helps other workers who travel.

The weekly price is good, and the room was nice for that rate. They provide active room service and answer the phone when you call. On the downside, the daily rate is extremely high by comparison, the hot water runs out quickly, and my room was dirty when I arrived.

Having a full kitchen and everything that comes with it was a huge blessing, especially since I’m a contractor and the room was provided. It’s okay, and I can’t complain too much. The place did remind me of government housing, though. The brown linoleum in the living area feels like a room from a parole-agent voucher program after release. Cleaning the walls and adding carpet or tile in the living area would make it more inviting and might bring in more business.
