We came to KC for my son’s birthday trip to Legoland, and the hotel made us feel welcome as soon as we walked in. Everyone was kind and helpful, and our room was clean and nice. We don’t know Kansas City well, but getting around from here was easy. The gated parking was a real plus. Thanks to everyone who helped us. I recommend staying here if you’re in the area!

We spent time relaxing in the roomy, peaceful lobby and bar between outings, and it was such a nice atmosphere. The location is great, with lots of good restaurants nearby and the new streetcar stops an easy walk away. My wife and I had a terrific stay. Our room was quiet and clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the staff were lovely. A great base for enjoying Kansas City’s food, culture, and friendly hospitality.

I’m a fan of the AC hotel brand, but this stay had a couple of frustrating problems. The toilet kept running and wouldn’t flush because there was no water in the tank. Since there was no overnight maintenance, it couldn’t be fixed and we couldn’t use the restroom. The WiFi wasn’t working either.

I felt safe throughout my stay, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. The bathroom stood out for its spacious, thoughtful design, and the beds were so comfortable I could really relax. The hotel is clean, modern, and well maintained, with a pleasant atmosphere. I’d definitely come back to AC Hotel Kansas City.

The gym and bar were fun, and the complimentary breakfast was very good. I was on vacation and had a great time here. The interior feels like a work of art wherever you look, and the service was highly professional. Andrew was fantastic too. He knows the area well, was friendly, and had useful ideas for what to do as a visitor. I loved my stay and will definitely be back.
