The pictures show just one five-foot area near the window, and it's gross. There wasn't even a remote for the TV, so it stayed off. We didn't want to be in the beds anyway. We came for a festival and booked two nights, but after the first we were so uncomfortable that we couldn't stay. The mattresses were terrible and the pillows were practically nonexistent. We were both sore all the next day. When we came back after being out, the desk attendant offered no help and said all the mattresses and pillows were the same. He flatly refused when I asked for a refund over the condition of the room and the beds. I understand a no-refund policy, but after the hotel literally left us with sore bodies, you'd think they might do something. This place screams cheap, though I guess that's on me for choosing it by price. You get what you pay for. I highly recommend staying somewhere else. Anyone giving it more than one star is lying to Google or themselves.

Most of the staff were pretty nice, and there's a pool and a very small hot tub. Breakfast runs from 6 to 9 a.m., but it wasn't great, so you may need to get there right at 6. The TV had about 40 channels. Some people in the pool room were very rude. The rooms were average, but the beds were very uncomfortable and I could feel every spring. The floor felt greasy and gummy and needs a steam clean. I stayed seven days and paid $375 plus a nonrefundable $100 pet fee. They allow up to two dogs but no cats. There's no rollaway bed, so I had to buy a small air bed on site. Laundry is available, but you need to download an app and pay at least $10 to use the washer and dryer.

There was a lot of garbage and dog poop around the grounds, and rocks were propping open the entrance and exit doors. In our first room, the ceiling above the bathtub was dripping. We asked to move and got a different room, but its bathtub had a large stain at the bottom and the toilet was filthy.

We checked into room 202 on 4/30/2026, and within half an hour my daughter had three bites from a bed bug. The hotel was sold out, though they offered us a room with a broken heater, so we checked out. Staff said they couldn't refund us because we'd booked through a third party and told us to pursue it with Expedia. Expedia investigated and said the hotel denied the refund. Rent at your own risk.
