The floor and shower were filthy, and there was almost no water pressure. What little pressure there was would stop if someone else in the hotel turned on their shower. Worst of all, there were bedbugs. I was in the bed for only three hours and got badly bitten. I even saw one crawling on my arm after it bit me. We left, and I had to wash and dry everything on the highest heat before going into our new hotel room, which was much better. If I could give zero stars, I would. For the love of God, don't stay here.

The room looked clean, but the smell was awful, like it hadn't been aired out in a long time. Smoking rooms should be grouped on their own row. I went back to get my own sheets, pillows, and blankets. The internet was slow. It's okay for sleeping and that's about it. For the price, it should offer more.

The man at the front desk was disrespectful and very rude to me, my husband, and my kids. The room lights wouldn't even turn on. Communication was poor, and he used hand gestures to tell me to get out. This place was a nightmare. I wouldn't recommend it, and I'd give it zero stars if I could.

The room was clean, and the location worked really well for the reason I was traveling. The beds were comfortable enough, though it was difficult to reach the staff.

I often spend 10 days at a time in hotels, and this place works great for me. The rate is just right, they have everything I need, and a grocery store is within walking distance. There are lots of good running and biking routes through the nearby neighborhoods, too. The staff are really nice and accommodating.
