Quality Inn Waynesboro

We got in late on February 19th 2026. Night shift service was nice, and the room was nice too, but I found a dead cockroach in the little fridge's freezer and later found bedbugs. I got up early to eat their fake breakfast, and the woman at the front desk was rude and wouldn't identify herself. She said she was going to charge me for an extra plate of food. I told her it was my first plate since I'd just woken up. She said the guy with me had already made three plates, which wasn't true. He woke me coming into the room with only two plates, one just for French toast and the other with eggs and sausage. God forbid you make a second plate when breakfast is supposed to be free.

The room was okay, but breakfast was unacceptable. The attendant was unfriendly and unhelpful, the coffee was lukewarm, the eggs and sausage barely warm, and there was no bread. Seriously, is that the best they can do?

I was told I could stay using CLC, but when I called, the manager was lazy and didn't want to process it. Instead, he said they “don't allow clc.” Awful service. I can only imagine the hotel is worse. Don't waste your time.

The rooms were nice and clean, and the stay was good overall. There was confusion when I made the reservation: I was told they accepted Corporate Lodging Card, but they don't. I had to pay for four nights and then get reimbursed.
