We usually need several rooms when we come to visit family, and everyone in our big group has felt welcome and comfortable here. We’ve stayed four times in the past two years. The staff are kind and quick to bring extra pillows or blankets, or help when we’ve forgotten a toothbrush or razor. The place is consistently clean, and we’ve enjoyed the exercise room and breakfast. I only rated service four stars because the food quality seems to have slipped. I’d put that on Hilton Hotels and the food service companies they hire.

Sharon and her staff were warm and did a great job accommodating us. We were here with my basketball team, and the meeting room worked perfectly for what we needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and it was handy to have Dunkin and other shops within walking distance. I’d stay here again in Waynesburg.

For $260 for one night, I expected to be able to get fresh sheets when I needed them. We accidentally spilled a drink on the bed and were ready to clean it ourselves, but they couldn’t bring new linen to the room. We had to go downstairs to see if any was available. Not thrilled.

Booking through someone else can be a real hassle, and they understand that here. They make things as easy as they can while I’m staying, and treat me fairly. I work on the road a lot and have stayed at plenty of hotels, but this is my favorite place and the staff are the best. If work calls me in for another night, they take my word for it, so I don’t have to call the company in the morning.

A decent Hampton, though it feels a little dated. They do keep the place clean. The Peloton in the gym needs some attention.
