The AC in room 106 wasn't working, and the front desk clerk said she couldn't move my family. I explained that my son has a disability and needs a cool environment, but all we got was a box fan. We ended up sleeping with the room door open. The next morning I spoke with jentorria, who moved us to room 322 and said she'd arrange a discounted rate. She was gone by checkout, so I called the manager, Julie or Julien, and got nothing, not even a call back. After 48 hours, customer service was the only place that offered a resolution. I won't stay here again.

Our race driver broke his arm, which led to a lot of unexpected problems for our family. It had nothing to do with the hotel, but Phillip still went out of his way to help us when we really needed it. Thank you to Hampton Inn and Philip for being kind, attentive, and so helpful. We'll be back.

Victoria & Phillip were both so kind and gave great customer service. Our room was clean, smelled nice, and had plenty of pillows. The bed wasn't too hard, and the bathroom had enough towels and soap. Breakfast was included, with a small selection of hot food, cereal, oatmeal, and juice. No complaints. There was a clean pool, but we were only passing through and didn't have time to use it. We'd definitely stay again if we're in the area.

We were just passing through and had a great stay. Pets are welcome, and the gentleman at the front desk was really nice and helpful. I didn't get his name.

When we're on the road, Hampton Inns are our first choice by far. They consistently offer nice rooms and a good breakfast, and there are locations in lots of places.
