The rooms are clean, there's plenty of parking, and the place is just a couple of blocks from main street. It was a perfect base for visiting Waynesville's shops. For stops, I'd pick Bentino's for food, the Candy shop for fudge, Waynesville Antique Mall, the little animal clothing store, and The Tartan Turtle.

Stayed here twice, and both times it was just what I needed: an affordable, simple, clean and safe place to sleep. No frills or nonsense, and no complaints.

We stayed at Creekwood Motel with our dog while in Wilmington for a dog event. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The accommodations are fairly basic.

We needed a place in the area while biking the Ohio to Erie Trail, and Creekwood worked out just fine. It's nothing fancy, but the room was clean and close enough to the little downtown for food and such. The best surprise was the coffee and food truck that seems to be a permanent fixture at the edge of the parking lot. We got good breakfast sandwiches and coffee there. No real problems with our stay.

This was a convenient place to stop on our bike ride, with several restaurants nearby. The rooms were cheap and clean, though they looked tired. Nobody was there when we arrived, and they'd left our keys in envelopes in the service room.
