The staff were all very nice, and the breakfast was fine, with some fresh fruit. The gym is small but clean and well equipped. Its glass door looks into the breakfast area, so if you’re shy, avoid going during breakfast. The pool and hot tub looked nice, though I didn’t try them. As of February 2026, they were remodeling, and the noise made it hard to take a call or meeting in my room. I was on the 3rd floor, which needs remodeling, while they were working on the 4th. The 5th floor was finished and seemed nice.

I was sad to feel profiled during what was meant to be a fun birthday trip. I’d always wanted to see the NASA Space Center, and that part was great. The hotel was not. Our room smelled strongly of mold and felt humid and wet throughout our three horrible nights. When we called the front desk, they said we could move. Amanda didn’t believe us and came to inspect the room as if we were lying, then refused to give us another one, so we had to go back. The first night we hadn’t noticed a dark yellow stain on the comforter that looked like poop or pee. The hotel accepts pets, so it might have come from a previous guest. They don’t clean rooms every day. On the day they did, I put the comforter face up so housekeeping could replace it, but they didn’t replace it, vacuum, wipe the furniture, rinse the shower, or leave clean towels. The towels felt wet, like they’d just folded the old ones. I raised this with Glenda and Cristina at the front desk. They were kind, but I never saw a manager. I also filed a complaint with Hilton and haven’t heard back as of today. If you still stay here, I suggest bringing your own sheets, towels, and cleaning supplies.

The room bathroom was clean and had good water pressure, and the gym was clean too. Breakfast tasted good, the staff were kind, and the location worked well for what we needed. It was a little stuffy even with the air set to 66, but this was one of our best hotel stays in a long time.

The location is great, but the owners seem to skimp on spending for the property. Some perks for Gold and Diamond members aren’t available because supplies aren’t purchased. Complimentary water, for example, has run out multiple times, and we were told the bottles in the case were for sale only. Compared with other Hampton properties, the overall experience falls short.

The lobby was okay, but the route to the room and the places you sleep are pretty gross. The carpets were heavily stained, the molding and furniture were damaged, and I was uncomfortable touching the furniture or remote. The elevators looked like they had nicotine stains from the 60s or 70s. They seemed to have tried to clean them, but not very hard. I stayed the week of February 9, 2026, and this place was two-star at best. It looked like Super 8 had abandoned it because it was worn out and dirty, then Hilton bought it assuming its name would be enough. Lipstick on a pig. In response to the hotel’s reply, I understand you may not want my comments to reflect on the property, and perhaps you haven’t visited it. I strongly suggest you do. Look at the floors, kickboards, walls, elevators, and room furniture. I’m sure you’ll find at least one broken desk chair back. I wish it weren’t true, but it is. The name “Hilton” used to mean something.
