We stayed three nights in the off season, and the staff were very accommodating. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. The indoor pool and hot tub were wonderful. It was about twenty minutes into downtown Provincetown, close enough for a visit while still giving us a break from the hustle and bustle.

Homemade chocolate chip cookies at check-in were delicious. We also really liked the on-site breakfast, and having a path to the Cape Cod rail trail was a bonus. This part of the Cape is our favorite, with beaches, lighthouses, and bike paths close by. Our large, clean, well-kept room had a queen-size bed. We used all the pools: the outdoor one is 9 feet deep, the indoor one is over 5 feet, and the hot tub works.

We spent one night here with friends, and everyone loved it. The rooms were clean and roomy, and all the staff were friendly. We’re looking forward to coming back.

We returned with family for a memorial for my husband, ten of us in all. Some stayed in suites and others in single rooms, and every room was lovely. The staff were accommodating and lovely to deal with. There’s a nice shared grassy area, a pleasant lobby with games and things for kids, and a restaurant serving delicious breakfast. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and both the indoor and outdoor pools were nice. The location was very convenient, with easy access to Provincetown and Hyannis.

Friendly welcome and a nice room with coffee and the usual bits. The pool was good, but the changing situation there was a little weird, with nowhere to get changed. Dinner isn’t walkable from here either. The nearest bar is a mile down the road. Still, I’d definitely come again.
