The view over the marsh was such a peaceful way to start each morning, watching wildlife and listening to the birds. We stayed in the Dream Catcher, a little house, with our one-year-old golden retriever, and it was perfect for all of us. The screened porch and deck were lovely places to relax. It’s private, clean, adorable, and has everything you need. For the location and amenities, the rental price is very reasonable. Shelli & Bob were so nice and available whenever we had a question or needed anything. I’m so glad we found this gem, and we can’t wait to return. 🌞 BEST RENTAL in the area!!! ❤

Shelli, the owner, was friendly and helpful to work with. We loved that the cottage welcomes dogs, and found it extremely clean, updated, and very well stocked. We had a wonderful stay at one of Flip Flop Beach Rentals’ cottages in Wells, and I’d definitely recommend the company.

Shelli looked after us well, and we’ll definitely come back. We stayed at the Turtle property, a really cozy, lovely place. It’s in a great spot, just a short walk from the beach with lots of good restaurants nearby.

Shelly was professional, accommodating, and absolutely wonderful to talk with when I called Flipflop rentals. We hadn’t taken a vacation in ten years, and she was great when I explained that my German Shepherd Max had never been to the beach or on a trip before. We stayed in the Dolphin unit, which was completely clean and had everything we needed. It made for a great vacation. Max misses it now that we’re home, and we’ll definitely return. I highly recommend this place. Everyone should go here. Thanks again!
