The room was fine, but breakfast was mostly gone when we arrived 45 minutes before the posted end time. When we asked whether they would bring more out, we were told no, because it takes too long to make more. If breakfast matters to you, plan to arrive at least an hour before it ends, or I'd suggest staying somewhere else.

After four nights in Vegas, this felt like a welcome return to Midwestern hospitality and great service. It turned into a perfect last-minute staycation. Colette was great at check-in and texted afterward to make sure everything was right. I also exchanged texts with Jennifer before checkout, and she's amazing. Thanks to you all!

The women I dealt with here were especially welcoming. The front desk staff were friendly, and the Assistant GM was really nice when I checked out. Staff can be mediocre sometimes, but not here. I usually choose this chain, especially Hampton inn, because the rooms are nice and breakfast is free.

I keep coming back for work trips. The rooms are clean, and there are a few free streaming channels. The breakfast might be the best I've had at any hotel. Really nice place to stay.

We have stayed here several times since it opened. The pool and gym give you something to do, though what brings us back is the location, expected amenities, and the price. It's right off I-75 at Liberty Center, with direct access to Hamilton, and more budget friendly than staying downtown. The new $5 a day parking fee is puzzling. There's no paid public parking nearby like there is downtown, so the charge feels out of place and disappointing. We didn't find out about it until checkout. It seems to appear only in Hilton's official hotel information, and it leaves us feeling like management is being greedy.
