The room had a lingering unpleasant smell, and the property looked dated and poorly kept. Cleanliness and upkeep fell short of basic expectations. My interaction with Karina at the front desk was unprofessional too: she responded rudely to my concerns and didn't seem willing to help. I expected better service and accountability. I hope management takes this seriously and makes improvements.

The owner even helped me park the moving van we rented, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and well maintained. I'd definitely stay here again.

The room was large, but it was bare: just two beds, an end table, desk, and dresser. No chair, curtains, or decor, and the furniture was chewed up and poorly cared for. We stayed Thursday through Sunday in a pet-friendly room. The toilet was leaking when we arrived, though they quickly moved us next door. The building smelled old and mildewy, with a trace of old smoke despite being non-smoking. Breakfast was small and poor quality, just waffles, packaged pastries, bagels, and cereal, with no fresh fruit, eggs, or bacon. The juice machine was broken the first morning. It was too cold to use the pool, though it looked nice, and parking is difficult, so I wouldn't bring a large vehicle. My friend had booked for Saturday and I sent her the pet-friendly link, but they first said they were overbooked, then claimed she hadn't reserved a pet-friendly room. They offered to change a non-pet room for a fee, then refused to refund her when she declined. We also accidentally left a shower hose for bathing toddlers and dogs. When we called the next day, they told us to call back Tuesday. On Tuesday, they said the maid wasn't in yet and would call after 9:30. My husband called again around 2, and apparently they'd thrown it out instead of keeping it in lost and found; we would have sent prepaid postage to get it back. If you need a cheap place to crash and don't mind the smell, worn furniture, or breakfast, it's fine. There are other pet-friendly hotels just up the road, and we'll choose one of those if we're back in the area.
