Kitzhof Inn

The only thing we missed was a hot tub, which we always enjoy after skiing. The main bath towel also felt a bit small, so a larger shower towel would've been nice. Still, we can see why so many people return, and we'd stay again if we come back to Mount Snow. We spent three nights here in February 2026 for a ski weekend with my brother. It's about half a mile from Mount Snow, and the included home-cooked breakfast was delicious. On Saturday there was a happy hour with soup, cider, and homemade cookies. The owners were friendly, and the dining and common areas are cute, with a fireplace, couches, and games. Our room was small but had what we needed. It was cleaned daily, with towels changed every two days. There's a room for ski and boot gear.

The old-school ski chalet look gives this place a great feel, and it's only about half a mile from Mount snow. Our room was small, but had what we needed, and the price stayed affordable even in high season. The heat, bed, and hot water were all good. There's a shared den with couches, a fireplace, and arcade games, plus upstairs seating where breakfast is served. The whole place has a delightful throwback ski style. It's no-frills, so pack anything beyond the basics: the bathroom had shampoo, a hair dryer, and shower gel, for example. Great location, vibe, and price. I'd happily stay again.

Any season is a good time to go to Kitzof. We visit 3-4 times a year, and somehow each trip is better than the last. Andrew and Erin make it feel like family, like having a vacation home without the work. We have so much fun and make memories with friends. The breakfasts are great, especially the French toast and pancakes, and they make goodies like cookies and bread. Love Kitzoff! ❤️❤️❤️

It's spotless, warm, and really relaxing here. You can put your drink in the shared fridge, open it whenever, and settle in by the common-room fire or just relax in your room. Parking has plenty of room to maneuver and keep some space around your car. The inn is about half a mile from Mt Snow. I've stayed at the Kitzoff Inn before and always had a nice time, but my trip in early December was fantastic. It was my first time back since the new owners took over, perhaps two years ago. Andrew and Erin are friendly, delightful hosts, and I enjoyed talking with them. They were also updating a few things and adding their own touches. Their pup, Remy, was a delight. Five stars from this avid skier and outdoors guy. Give the Kitzoff, Andrew, and Erin a try. It's a solid mom-and-pop place, and money well spent for a very nice stay.
