The location is the only real plus. I travel for work, and changing hotels after getting settled and starting a job is a hassle, so I stayed even though the room was neglected. I had to ask the front desk for cleaning and more toilet paper, since it could take three or four days for anyone to clean the room. I also reported that the bed was in bad shape and was told it would be replaced. Six days later, nothing had happened. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
Rick handled an issue for us and got a great result. The staff were friendly, and the room was clean and surprisingly quiet despite being right by the highway. I’d happily stay again.
My stay was booked for two weeks in the future through the Trip advisor app, and I only caught the mistake at the desk when they said there were no rooms left. The guy at the counter was so busy being rude that he couldn’t understand I was agreeing it wasn’t his fault.
We were crossing the country on a road trip, and this place was convenient for the price. The freeway is nearby, but far enough away that noise wasn’t a problem. The room looked nice in the photos and at first glance, too. Then we tried the bed. The mattresses felt like the ones at a campsite, with every spring making itself felt and heard while I tried to get comfortable. For the cost, I’d recommend it, but I’d choose somewhere else if comfort and amenities matter more.
The location near the highway was handy, but the rest was disappointing. I paid $92 after tax for a room with two queen beds, and there were just two tiny, flimsy shower towels for four people. I went to reception for more, only to find a sign saying it was closed at 9pm. There was no water fountain, just an ice machine and bottled water for sale. The shower vent also had a thick layer of dust on it.
