Econo Lodge Jefferson City

The breakfast was decent, but one guest kept licking her fingers and touching the fridge and milk handles, which was gross. An older man also ate four bagels, three bowls of cereal, and toast. That's my main complaint, and it's more about another customer than the hotel. The room was a basic, inexpensive hotel room, and the signs of age were easy to see. The AC worked, maybe too well, since it kept switching on and off unless we took it off auto. The stairs were tough for me because I have bad hips, but we managed. We heard normal hotel noise and didn't feel like our neighbors were right in the room, as can happen in some cheap places. If I needed somewhere in a pinch, I'd stay again.

The decor is decent and the rooms are clean. I've had no problems during my extended stay.

The king bed was soft and comfortable, and the room had useful extras like a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. It was updated, clean, and comfortable, with a large clean bathroom, strong water pressure, and plenty of hot water. I only had coffee and a muffin at the continental breakfast, but I enjoyed it. The staff were helpful, friendly, and courteous, and the price was good. We were very happy with our stay, and I'd definitely come back. I loved the place.

The front desk staff were very friendly, and the remodeled rooms look nice. My floor was pretty dirty, though the room itself was okay overall. I stayed one night without any problems.
