The pool and hot tub have been a big hit with our kids, and the hotel is quiet, clean, and the staff have been friendly. We have no other complaints. The problem is the Wi-Fi still doesn't work. A friend who stayed almost a month before us said it was down then too, so I thought there'd be time to fix it, but no. That's a real hassle with kids, and the website should say it isn't available instead of advertising free Wi-Fi. I'd give it five stars if we had the Wi-Fi they promised.

Breakfast was amazing, and the pool seems more geared toward kids than adults. Bring your own pillow, since these need replacing, and don't forget charging blocks because there are no charging stations. Our AC and heater were broken, so we were roasting. Fine for a one-night stop on a road trip, but I wouldn't stay long term.

We asked to switch rooms because the bathroom sink faucet didn't work, there was hair on the toilet, and it kept running. The replacement room wasn't much better: the floors looked like they needed cleaning and the whole place felt so dirty we didn't want to take our shoes off. We brought our dog, and she started scratching and now has welts all over. I bathed her as soon as we got home and washed her bed. My husband and I were there from Nov 20th to Nov 22nd. I would NOT recommend this motel.

The mattress was awful, lumpy and creaking with every move, like it had to be 50 years old. The chair was dirtier and more worn than anything I had as a poor 18 yr old living on my own. The toilet kept running loudly because the filler was broken, and the only ice machine in the whole hotel was broken too. WiFi didn't work in room 123. The receptionist this morning was very unfriendly and should find a factory job somewhere.

We slept well, and for someone just passing through the price was great. The room was clean and breakfast was pretty good, though it had an offensive smell. We didn't try the pool or hot tub. The pool looked cloudy, and the hot tub felt only warm to my hand.
