The bed and comforter were so comfortable during our one-night stop while traveling through MO, and breakfast had plenty of hot and cold choices. The coffee maker at breakfast looked broken, but they gave us extra coffee packets for the room. A very nice stay, and I'd stop here again.

The lobby made us feel at home, and the staff were very friendly. The hotel was clean, in a perfect location, and breakfast had lots of good options. The pool area was clean and comfortable too. Thanks so much to quality inn and the staff!

That will absolutely not be a problem, I won't stay here again. The only thing this place has going for it is being near the hospital. Otherwise, save your money and stay at the Super 8, probably similar quality for less. I wouldn't feel safe traveling here alone, and would recommend an AirBNB or another hotel if location isn't important to you. Other reviews on their website describe many of the same issues, and the manager posts sarcastic replies as if these clearly aren't problems others have had. The musty smell is probably from water damage, as pictured. The Tuesday through Thursday night front desk clerk is amazing, very polite, knows guests by name, and is always willing to work with you. Otherwise, oof. The rooms smelled terrible. One night the tub had a whole busted in its side; another night it kept dripping. Two rooms had broken heat or air, and the top floor had cracked, busted ceilings. Missing peepholes were stuffed with toilet paper that anyone could push out to look into your room. Some staff are extremely rude. When the power went out, I told the front desk person that I need electricity for a medical device. She said, “oh. Well. That’s not good. Nothing I can do about it.” I asked whether I could get a refund if I changed hotels to somewhere with electricity, once power came back so transactions could be made. Nope. Luckily, the power wasn't out for hours that time. Housekeeping made a ton of noise around 8:30-9:00 in the mornings, vacuuming against doors with radios turned all the way up, while guests were still trying to sleep and checkout wasn't until 11. When I complained about how hellacious some nights were, I was told to simply “stop staying here then”.

If you stay here, ask for a room at the back, away from the racetrack and highway out front. It was so loud that I couldn't sleep at all. Sorry guys, I paid a good price hoping to get some rest since I travel a lot. Lol, not happening tonight. The lobby is nice and the people are nice. The place is clean.

The place was clean, which was the only good thing. The bed felt like a trampoline, with loud springs every time I even rolled over. Then the thermostat went haywire in the middle of the night.
