We had to check out early, and the beds and pillows were so comfortable we wished we could have stayed asleep. The heating and cooling worked perfectly, and our street-facing room at the front of the property had two queen beds. It was exceptionally clean and nicely decorated, with a plaque about the cabin’s history that gave it a special touch. The lobby felt warm and welcoming, and they offered free hot tea and hot chocolate throughout the day, plus cookies and fresh fruit. We were only here one night, but it was a wonderful stay. I’ve saved it on my map, will recommend it to friends and family visiting Yellowstone, and would love to return for longer.

We enjoyed the location and our stay. After our Yellowstone trip, we were heading north to Bozeman and found this great place. There isn’t a full breakfast, but they put out coffee, tea, donuts, and muffins in the morning.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay. The room was cozy and clean, and the staff were amazing and really friendly. They left personalized notes with the next day’s temperature, which came in handy. I didn’t get the front desk lady’s name, but she was very helpful and friendly.

My father had a stroke and couldn’t make his stay. I called the booking company to request a refund without a fee, and they said I needed signed confirmation from the lodge. The man who answered the lodge’s phone refused to send an agreement and told me to deal with the company instead. He argued with me throughout. Horrible customer service, especially when the guest had a stroke. Stay away.

The owners clearly take pride in keeping the property clean and well cared for, and we appreciated the thoughtful little touches from management. Our small queen room was enough for what we needed, and the price couldn’t be beat. Town was within walking distance, and Yellowstone’s west entrance was only minutes away. Great experience!
