We really enjoyed the Yellowstone Park Hotel. Booking and check-in and checkout were easy, and the staff were very welcoming. The rooms were comfortable and had a fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. I’ve never seen a Keurig in a hotel room before! Yellowstone Park Hotel clearly appreciates its guests, and it shows.

The pool and hot tub were exceptionally clean, and felt especially good after a day of skiing. The hotel was clean throughout, and everyone we dealt with was kind and helpful. We’d stay at the Yellowstone Park Hotel again if we visit W. Yellowstone.

The room was roomy and comfortable, and the hotel smelled really clean. The staff were friendly, and it’s well placed for getting into west yellowstone. There’s an indoor pool and a fire pit with smores, too. It was just my husband and me this time, but it seemed very family friendly.

The kids especially enjoyed the nighttime s’mores kits and arcade room. We also appreciated the airport rides in both directions and the convenient location. Breakfast was included with hot and cold choices, nothing fancy, and the staff were good. We’d definitely come back.

I left my jacket behind, but the staff found it in lost & found and mailed it back after I called from home. I’m so glad they did. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the hot tub was great. Breakfast was just okay, though the staff were great.
