DoubleTree by Hilton Denver - Westminster

The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful during my company training, which ran for two days; I stayed three nights. The hotel was clean, modern, and business class. Ana and Euliquia cleaned and restocked my room every day, and made sure it was in perfect shape. It was comfortable, and I always love the beds and pillows at Hilton properties. Jeremiah was a hardworking, friendly breakfast server. The lobby restaurant and bar had a great breakfast buffet and a decent beer, wine, and cocktail selection for unwinding after work. Two small complaints: the toilets are shockingly low, which isn’t good for my bad knees, and the bathroom lighting is awful for putting on makeup. Otherwise, the hotel was great. I’d like to return when the pool reopens after renovations.

Megan at the front desk was always smiling and ready to help. When my room key didn’t work, someone even came with me to the room to check the new card. The hotel is on the older side, but the customer service made for a great stay, and the food was decent too. Hilton service has felt lacking lately, but this Hilton was friendly and had the kind of customer service I used to love. Thank you, Megan!

The food was delicious, and Jeremiah was a friendly, attentive host and server to all the guests. I enjoyed my stay. I had an issue with the room, which is why I gave it four stars, but the exceptional young woman at the service desk handled it right away. I can’t remember her name, but she works evenings and was great. I’ll be in Colorado for about 8 weeks and will definitely stay at the Doubletree in Westminster.

A good pick for a business trip. The rooms are practical, the beds comfortable, and it’s quiet. Showers stay hot, and there are plenty of outlets. I’ve only dealt with the front desk at check-in, but haven’t had any issues. The location is the real draw, with shopping like Walmart and Target and lots of restaurants just 5-10 minutes away. It’s worth considering if you’re staying in the area.
