The housekeeping team is so friendly and attentive. They sometimes offer fresh towels or supplies before I even need to ask, which makes the stay much more pleasant. This is definitely my go-to location.

The desk staff, maintenance workers, and housekeeping were kind and attentive. My problem was with a female manager, whose behavior has led me to leave a second one-star review for this property. I don’t know her name, but it wasn’t Diane. She was working on 12/29/25 at 11:30 AM. Three days after I posted about hearing a neighbor through the paper-thin walls having very aggressive sex, the manager told me I should have come to management before writing a review. I have chemo brain because I had cancer, so I didn’t remember the review when she brought it up. I did remember calling the office at 3 in the morning about the disturbance, which meant I had contacted them before posting. When I tried to explain my memory issue and why I wrote the review, she brushed me off and cut me short as if she had something more important to do. I told her before leaving that her actions deserved one star. I’m a paying customer and have the right to speak up as long as I’m not disrespectful or belligerent. I expect excellent customer service when I pay for a room, and her conduct has caused another one-star review.

The room was clean, spacious, and quiet, and the staff took time to explain everything clearly. They were friendly and patient, too. I’d just had a bad experience at another place up the road, so this stay made up for what that one lacked. It’s a budget-friendly option I’d recommend to anyone looking for one. They take pride in the business, and it shows.

I barely stayed 15-20 minutes. The guest next door was noisy, smoking right outside the room, and had a yappy dog barking nonstop. I couldn’t see myself sleeping, so I went downstairs and said I was leaving. On the way out, a man who seemed drugged started laughing and tried to get in front of my vehicle. I drove around him and left. The staff were no help. They falsely said I had been there almost an hour, and although they told me they would refund me, they charged me for one night. I won’t stay at a Motel 6 again. Avoid this place if you care about getting sleep.
