Super 8 by Wyndham Westminster Denver North

The location and room are great, and my boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay from November 1, 2025 to November 5, 2025. I've stayed here multiple times. But I will not come back after what happened at checkout. The manager was on his phone, which wasn't a big deal, but when I tried to explain something, he interrupted me before I'd said five words and talked over me. I got frustrated and tried to explain again. He put his hand in my face, dismissed me, turned to my boyfriend, and said, "I don't know why she's getting angry." I looked at him in complete disgust and disrespect, and we went back up to our room. Then I went down to speak with the property owner, not knowing he was the owner. He told me he was both owner and manager. When I said, "Oh great, wonderful," he laughed in my face and said, "haha yeah," with a smug smile. Do not stay here!

I stayed one night and had to sign for a $40 deposit. The tub looked dirty, with black mold by the front wall, though the bed was made well and the carpet had been vacuumed. I only slept in the bed and brushed my teeth, then left at 7 AM. The deposit was charged to my card, a pending credit appeared, and then it was removed. I contacted my credit card company, and they resolved the $40 that had been taken. I hope this place gets new management and operates honestly.

The front desk clerk was friendly and knew what they were doing. There was plenty of parking, the air conditioning worked great, and the rooms were clean. I was extremely pleased with the stay, all around a good experience.

I've stayed here on and off for four years, and the place has really gone downhill. The room was filthy, the laundry room was down again, and there was no breakfast either day. Staff were rude, especially the new management, Muhammad. I used to manage a Super 8, and I'm appalled by how I was treated. Eww, gross. If you're not providing breakfast, you should lower the prices. I definitely won't be back.
