The pool was large enough to enjoy, and the fitness center was in great shape, with saunas in the locker rooms too. I was disappointed there wasn’t a Bonvoy lounge, and the rooms were good but not as nice as other Westins I’ve stayed at. Still, the service was stellar. This was our second visit this year for a dance convention. I booked two rooms, one for a night and one for two nights. Check-in was very quick both times, and they confirmed my preferences. I’d stay here again.

I really like this hotel, especially the beds, which aren’t rock hard. It has everything you need and more, but parking can be a pain. The front lot is great, though it’s always full. If you park in back, you have to walk around the whole building since there’s no rear entrance. Also, the heat and AC vents point toward the TV and windows, so cooling the room takes forever. That’s rough if you sleep hot. Definitely ask for a room facing the mountains.

The rooms are so well isolated from noise, and the whole place is very clean and dog friendly. The staff were incredibly polite and professional, smiling and greeting us when we came in. That felt genuinely refreshing in the post Covid era. It was an unbelievably great stay, and five stars doesn’t seem enough. I’d go for the Mountain View. You and your four-legged companions won’t regret it. (See pic).

The rooms were spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The Westin Westminster is also in a convenient spot for visiting the area. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. My only small suggestion is to stock lotion in the room instead of making guests request it. We had a wonderful visit and would definitely come back.

The day before my stay, they canceled my reservation but still kept my payment. Support didn’t help when I called and offered no meaningful solution. Losing the money while scrambling to find a last-minute hotel was unacceptable.
