Uptown Suites Extended Stay Denver CO – Westminster

The mountain view from my room was beautiful, and as a solo female traveler I felt safe. The rooms are cute and the inside is nice, though my bathroom wasn’t clean and the outside looks a bit rundown. The air conditioner was extremely noisy, and the walls are paper thin, so I heard my neighbors clearly. The hotel sits in a parking lot with a Starbucks and a snarfs, which is convenient. When I was checking in, the front desk assistant was asleep and I had to yell to wake him. On the morning I left, police were there taking evidence bags of stuff out of one of the rooms. Don’t pay $100 a night, it isn’t worth that. I got it for around $60 on booking.com, which is more appropriate.

I was here for work and really enjoyed the stay. The staff were top-notch, the room was spotless, and the shower pressure was excellent. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels for work, but this has honestly become one of my favorites. Keep up the great work!

The room felt like it had been given the landlord special, and the hotel quality doesn’t justify the price. There wasn’t any toilet paper in our room. No big deal, so I called the front desk, but the lady sounded annoyed and said someone was making rounds. Nothing ever arrived, so we ended up using water and their white towels. Kind of pathetic.

The staff are terrific, and Uptown Suites is better than similar places nearby. Still, upkeep could be better. The stairways weren’t clean, some rugs were worn, and certain rooms had noisy heaters. In other rooms, the bathroom and kitchen tiles were uneven. Noise can also depend on where your room is, such as the floor or whether it’s beside a stairway.
