Isa was amazing with my daughter at breakfast. She let her ask questions and practice her conversational skills, and it made my daughter’s whole day. The breakfast was delicious, and the eating space was clean and roomy. At check-in on the evening of Oct. 24, two young women at the front desk were wonderfully helpful and welcoming. I don’t remember their names. We had a great stay at the Home2 Suites in Whitestown while visiting friends this past weekend. The pool was freezing, though the kids still swam. We’ll definitely return when we come back to see friends in the area. Thanks, Isa!

The room’s cleanliness was definitely below par. There were stains on the pillowcases and hair on the toilet, in the shower, and on the bed sheets. The hotel felt dingy as we walked to the room, even though it’s fairly new. At over $300 a night, more than double its usual rate, the experience was a huge disappointment. The man at the front desk just stared at us when we came in, without a greeting or smile. Location was the only positive. If other hotels had been available, I never would’ve paid that inflated price for what should be a value hotel.

I’ve been here for my first week, and I didn’t have bath soap. I asked for my sheets to be changed, but they weren’t, so now I have to sleep on dirty sheets. I change them weekly. I work nights and requested Sunday cleaning, but they didn’t come until 5:30. I stayed up all day without sleep because I wanted it done early and didn’t want to fall asleep and miss them. If you’re paying over 800 a week, you expect full service. This place is phenomenal, but the cleaning service isn’t up to par. Breakfast is air fried, and you can tell the sausage is dry. It’d be great if eggs were cooked on a skillet and the breakfast changed once in a while instead of the same thing every day. Everything is bought and warmed up, nothing really homemade.

Loved that it’s pet friendly. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly. The pool was nice, with towels provided in the pool area, which I personally appreciated. Breakfast was well planned and put together.
