We love living downtown at the Kate! It’s safe, secure, convenient, and right across from the park, so it couldn’t be more central. There’s a restaurant and convenience store downstairs, and the sunsets every evening are beautiful, especially during that golden hour. KitKat and Z lo agree, we love it here!

I love living here. My health hasn’t been the best, but everyone shows me care and helps me out. Cody is an amazing guy, and I’m glad to live here.

From my floor I can see the Big Blue building and the downtown park, which is a nice view. The building is clean, and it stays quiet. The tenants I run into are polite and respectful.

We’ve lived here for two years, and my parents, Echo, Athena, and I love it. The thing we love most is the dibs from the convenience store downstairs. The oven, though, is awful. It sets off the alarm.

Moving in was so easy, and we’ve loved the whole process. The leasing agents are kind and communicate well, the apartments look beautiful, and we’ve never had a problem with the Kate. I’d definitely recommend living here if you’re looking for an apartment.
