Gage, thank you for making a frustrating trip feel manageable. United Airlines delays and air traffic control problems in Denver kept changing my plans, and you calmly took charge of helping me reschedule my stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Wichita Airport. You were courteous, patient, kind, and focused on finding a solution, without making me feel rushed or dismissed. I’ve been a Hilton member for over 20 years, and people like you are why I keep coming back. You represent Hilton so well, and I hope your managers recognize the care you give guests. Your professionalism made a real difference.

I’ve stayed at DoubleTree hotels in many parts of the world, and the luxury level varies by location. What stays consistent is a dependable baseline of quality. Wherever I am, I can count on that reliability and feel at ease.

I’d read nearly every Wichita hotel review and wasn’t expecting much, so I took a chance on this one and was pleasantly surprised. I’m picky about hotels, and this place was clean, nice, and convenient. The staff were great, and the fresh cookies were a fun touch. Reviews can be pretty random, and people often post when things go wrong instead of when they’re happy. This one earned five stars from me, definitely a great stay.

Getting to the airport and rental cars was easy, and the shuttle on call worked perfectly. Inside, the room had plenty of space, a full-length mirror, nightstands on both sides, and updated charging ports at the desk. The reception staff were cordial and efficient, and there’s a nice bar and dining area with a welcoming fireplace. We’d stay again without hesitation.

A pleasant hotel with a nice atmosphere. The room was fine, though a bit small for a longer visit, and breakfast could use some improvement. Seems like a good option for a short trip.
