Drury Plaza Hotel Broadview - Wichita

We’ve stayed at quite a few Drury hotels, but Costello in the dining room at dinner made this visit stand out. He was warm, upbeat, and genuinely kind, and his charm made us feel at home. You could tell he cared about his work and wanted every guest to feel special. He deserves recognition for his dedication and service. Thank you for such a lovely and memorable stay.

The hotel’s historic renovation has been done beautifully, and it’s a treat to stay in such a lovely old building. We’re big Drury Inns fans, and this one is easily our favorite. When an outside booking site canceled our reservation, the staff were incredibly kind and made sure we were looked after. There are nice views and convenient access to Century II, Sedgwick County Historical Museum, and other downtown spots. Our room was clean and very nice, and staff around the hotel were friendly and capable. The dining area gets busy, but they keep it clean and stocked with the nightly snacks and drinks, plus breakfast with plenty of good food options.

The river and bridge make for nice scenery, and there are easy places to walk nearby. The hotel’s exterior is impressive and the location is hard to beat. Inside, the rooms look a little dated but were spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The friendly staff made check-in and the whole visit easy. The restaurant feels like an upscale steakhouse, with higher prices, but the food and atmosphere were great. Breakfast was included and had enough choice for a convenient start to the day. I’d happily book here again.

Costello’s been amazing every time since 2019, when we started staying here on and off. The rooms are wonderful, kept up beautifully, clean, and warm. Mr. Sam is always great too. I’ve only just met him, but he’s good. Best staycation I’ve had.
