Springhill Suites By Marriott Wichita Airport

We were in town for my grandson’s hockey games with the other team players. The manager was very helpful right when I checked in and gave me two bottles of water. The room was huge and roomy, with two queen beds, a pullout couch, and an office desk area. Overall, a good place to stay. 🙂

My son enjoyed the nice pool, and the cleaning staff were all pleasant and friendly. The room itself was clean, but a group of young men ran up and down the stairs near us and made noise until after 1 a.m. I had asked for the couch bed in our king room to be made up, but it wasn’t, so I slept on it with a blanket. We also had several miscommunications about the nightly rate and extra fees, both online and in person. I put some specially selected food in the fridge to take home the next day, but it wasn’t working and the food was warm when I got it out. That was wasted.

The staff were welcoming and so hospitable, and I really appreciated the modern, comfortable accommodations. Our room was spacious and modern, with a big, clean, extremely comfortable bed. The bathrooms were spacious too. I hope more of our hotels are this lovely, with staff this friendly. Thanks for everything, Springhill Suites. I look forward to coming back.

The staff were welcoming, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The pool and workout equipment were nice too. I can't wait to stay again.
