I couldn't get checked in because the front desk staff couldn't operate their computer system. There was no manager around to issue a refund, so it felt like they stole my money. The lobby stank, the hotel looked trashy, and the staff seemed untrained and unprofessional. Don't rent a room here.

The service was good, but that was about the only positive. The sheets had random stains and cigarette holes, and the whole place felt dirty and smelled strongly of weed and cigarettes. People in the room next to us blasted music all night and were screaming at each other. This is a motel, not someone's home. Nobody wants to listen to people arguing. I didn't notice dog pee like some people mention, but the weed smell was overpowering, so who knows.

We were here with family for a week, and this was the worst motel stay I've ever had. The room smelled like wet dog, with white dog hair thick on the chair and carpet. The mattress was so uncomfortable, though maybe that's because it sat on a box frame smaller than the mattress, and one side had sunk about a foot. We shoved blankets underneath to level it out. They said they were fully booked and couldn't move us. A bathroom bulb was out, though there were two lamps in the room. The elevator was broken the whole week, and there was no cable the whole time either. When the TV showed a customer service message, I assumed they hadn't paid the cable bill. Wi-Fi barely stayed connected for more than a few minutes on any of our family's phones or laptops, so it wasn't our devices. We couldn't relax in the room, and got no discount for the inconvenience. Room service never knocked or offered to clean; we had to track her down for sheets and towels. She was rude and said she didn't carry clean linens on her cart, so we had to fetch them from the laundry ourselves. I don't understand how she changed sheets in rooms after checkout if she had none with her. There seemed to be a serious cockroach problem, with no sign they were trying to address it. The motel also constantly smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. The front desk didn't seem to know what counted as an emergency, and the police were there almost daily. In the breakfast area, an employee watched people closely to enforce a two-muffin limit, while seven signs and the woman running after people to yell at them made sure nobody took even a cup of juice out. Don't expect to bring breakfast back for family who are sleeping. The breakfast policing was bizarre, as was the situation in the next room. The woman there appeared to be a sex worker, and day after day we had to listen to her loudly having sex with multiple men. I'm sure I'm forgetting other things. The place is terribly run, and I wonder if it could pass an inspection. Save yourself the experience and stay somewhere else. Anywhere is better.

Because there was a tournament, every hotel was sold out, so we cleaned the room with our own products and slept with the lights on. The door key lock didn't work, which meant I had to ask the front desk to let me in every time I went out. The room had spring mattresses, and we were given chamois for towels. When my son asked if he could sleep in the car, I knew how bad it was.
