The unit at Oasis at Seaport was clean, roomy, and modern, with plenty of bathrooms and two washer-dryers on different levels. Having direct access to the pool from the unit was a nice perk, and customer service was excellent whenever we called. It was peaceful and worked well for our group, despite a few drawbacks. The beach and boardwalk are a long walk with young kids. The shuttle doesn't let you bring beach gear, so we walked instead. There are lots of stairs, and the beds are smaller, full size. Linens cost extra, and there were few supplies: no shampoo, blow dryer, or much for cooking. We had only four deck chairs for our group of seven. Curtains were only in the bedroom, so I'd suggest adding room-darkening curtains in the other rooms. Come prepared.

The kids loved the pool and play area, and the townhouse had a lot of potential. But the missing basics and a maintenance problem made the holiday stay difficult. We were there Wednesday to Monday and had booked at the last minute, so we hadn't given the seven days' notice required to get linens. There also wasn't enough toilet paper, paper towels, or trash bags. The circuit breaker kept tripping whenever we tried to use the microwave or stove and oven, which made cooking for our young kids nearly impossible. We called maintenance, waited around for half the day, and no one came. It was a mixed experience, and I hope management fixes these issues for future guests.

The location was fantastic, with some really great local spots to try, and I actually loved our stay. The fourth-floor walk-up wasn't ideal. Rooms could be cleaner and use a fresh coat of paint, and there weren't many supplies, so you really need to pack half your house to be comfortable. Still, we had a good stay and I'd recommend this resort. If you're traveling with older parents, maybe ask for a lower floor. I'd definitely return.

We stayed in the 4 BR premier townhouse at Seaport Oasis. Check-in and check-out were easy, it was relatively clean and in good order, and having a pool near the beach was a big plus for the kids. Shirley in the management office was really helpful. We'd return, though probably not for a multigenerational family trip. A grab bar in the bathroom tubs would help, especially for elders and senior citizens. There are two hot tubs, which is great, but getting in and out is challenging for anyone over 60. There's no step, just a ledge and a deep drop. At least one tub with steps or a handle would be helpful. The driveways are about a foot too short to park without risking a ticket for blocking the sidewalk. The grills also took a lot of luck to get lit. These are small suggestions that could make a future stay better.

A short walk of a couple blocks gets you to the boardwalk and amusement piers, with plenty to see and places to eat. There's even a great ice cream shop on the corner for an evening stop. The condos are new, modern, and not dingy or old. This place is very family friendly, whether you're bringing young kids, teenagers, or just adults. There's a small splash and slide pool for little ones, separate from the larger adult pool, plus two hot tubs. The barbecues were always available for lunch or dinner, with picnic tables by the pool, and there's a lawn area for games. I highly recommend it for families.
