The two upstairs bedrooms share a jack-and-jill bathroom, and the barn doors have big gaps above, below, and along the sides. When someone uses the bathroom at night, it wakes the person in the other room. With kids or another guest in that bedroom, the lack of quiet and privacy won’t work for us. That may not bother everyone, though, and otherwise it really was a wonderful stay. I love the hen house community they’ve created: it feels like a house rental for privacy with the convenience of a hotel. The house was beautiful, modern, and CLEAN, and quiet and comfortable, the best I’ve stayed in to date in Wildwood. The staff were kind and quick to respond. If the bedroom setup suits your family, I definitely recommend it.

We’re a family of four and loved our stay in the Holly Beach house. It was beautiful, immaculately clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed plus more. The pool was warm and clean, with a really nice space to hang out, and poolside drinks were a fun, convenient touch. There are lots of restaurants nearby, and most offer free delivery, which felt like room service. The amenities are fantastic, and the whole micro resort feels carefully thought out and maintained. We’ve already booked another stay.

We especially enjoyed the small touches at The Henhouses: plenty of pool towels, complimentary bikes for exploring, a private grill at our unit, and outdoor games like cornhole and giant Jenga. The place was comfortable and well run, and we’d gladly return or recommend it. The staff stayed attentive and professional throughout, handling requests for dinner recommendations or extra amenities quickly and cheerfully at any time of day. Right when we arrived, a staff member saw us with our luggage, brought a cart, and insisted on taking it to our unit. He declined our tip, saying it was part of the service. It was such a welcoming first impression. From check-in to check-out, everything felt smooth, thoughtful, and focused on guests.

We’ve stayed at a lot of shore properties, and this is one of the best. Everything felt new, clean, and sensible. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could need, including lots of spices. The sister restaurants next door were great too. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

The houses are spacious and modern, with lots of amenities, including beach gear, grills, a fire pit, and an outdoor saltwater pool. The grounds are beautiful and secluded, with private parking, a privacy fence all around, and lovely greenery. This is the ultimate stay. I’d recommend it and hope to come back soon!
