The person checking me in was kind, but the room was gross. The sheets were stained, and the whole room reeked of smoke, though not cigarette smoke. Getting a receipt has been a painful process. I tried calling and emailing and still don’t have one. Even though this was just a temporary stop between a flight and my next destination, I couldn’t get out fast enough. I’ll never go back.

Customer service was quick and good, but the room wasn’t up to standard. It was unclean, and every time we used the shower it flooded. There was even a pepper in the sink. I’m not sure they really check rooms before giving them to guests. It was cheap, so I guess we got what we paid for.

One of the best places we’ve stayed so far on our trip from South Carolina to Mass. The room was a little tight, and I wish there had been coffee in the room and fluffier pillows. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

I’d recommend paying the deposit in cash and asking for it back at checkout, so they can’t keep it. They hold onto the so-called “security” deposit regardless of how you leave the room, whether you smoke or not, and whether it’s clean or not. It feels like you simply get scammed out of it.
