The sound insulation wasn't great, so I had to wear noise-cancelling earbuds to fall asleep. Still, the staff were welcoming, especially front office manager Kyle, who greeted everyone in the lobby and made them feel at home. The hotel upgraded my king's room to a studio, which was very nice and had a sink counter. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and I liked the breakfast stations.

This was very convenient for our road trip from LA to Oregon. The service was extremely good: the check-in cashier was nice, they cleaned our room neatly, and there were amenities on the first floor. The rooms looked beautiful, though our view was just Interstate 5. Inside we had two beds, a TV, bathroom, fridge, microwave, wireless charger, and handy coffee maker. 10/10.

I'm thrilled to leave this review. This charming little hotel was unbelievably awesome, and the service went beyond what I expected. The place may be compact, but the staff gave me personal attention and made the stay unforgettable. I know hotel service from working with very large hotels, and I can tell you Manager on Duty Kyle is a true hotelier. This review is all because of his outstanding help. He made me feel special, and I'm sure he has a bright future with Hilton. Thank you!

Kyle and Esme made the stay. They were some of the kindest people we’ve met in California. We had our dogs with us, and they found us a ground-floor room by the door, so taking the pups out was easy. Really lovely service. We’d stay here again next time we’re in Northern California, 10/10.

The ADA tub room was the best I’ve stayed in. I can’t put weight on one foot right now, and the sturdy built-in bench worked perfectly. The room was spacious and clean, too. The hotel feels very new and modern, and we were more than happy with our stay. We’ll be back.
