Hampton Inn Williams

We booked this for the second night of our Polar Express trip after first staying at Grand Canyon Railway, and the holiday decorations were the best surprise. There was a tree, ornaments hanging from the ceiling, and stockings, bows, and ribbons everywhere. I hadn't seen photos of them when booking, so it was lovely to find. The kids also enjoyed the towel art, which made everything feel magical. Getting ready was easy for all four of us thanks to the large double bathroom counter, full-length mirror outside the bathroom, and another mirror above the desk. I liked the modern design, and the toothpaste and toothbrush in the bathroom were a great touch I haven't seen at a hotel in years. As a mom, the coat hooks were so useful for drying wet snow pants after playing in the snow. Breakfast was great, especially the waffle station with toppings like whipped cream, chocolate syrup, and sprinkles. Staff were friendly and helpful, and loading and unloading the car was easy. The stay cost much less than another night at Grand Canyon Railway or other places within walking distance of the Polar Express. Grand Canyon Railway has plenty of parking, so this could work for the whole trip if you don't mind a five-minute drive each way. The kids had fun in the pool as a bonus, but be careful, the tile is very slippery and several family members fell. Non-slip water shoes might help. We didn't use the laundry, but I noticed it on our way out, handy in an emergency.

After a disappointing stay at another hotel, we had to move, and this place was a great find. Glen checked us in and was fantastic, even helping us feel comfortable bringing our pup. The rooms were clean and fresh, breakfast was great, and the whole place felt so welcoming. We absolutely loved it.

We had a wonderful stay at Hampton Inn Williams. Check-in was easy and pleasant, with a very welcoming staff. Our room felt brand new, and it was neat and spacious. Breakfast offered a nice range of choices, and free parking was a big plus. It's in a great spot, about an hour's drive from the Grand Canyon. I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The rooms and dining area look nice, but the beds were hard. The bathroom door doubles as a closet door and is really heavy. The pool is small and only a little over 3-4 feet deep. For breakfast, I wish they had sea salt turkey sausage and gluten-free bread.
