I’m still checked in and already thinking I’d settle here for two weeks rather than keep switching hotels. My husband works at the papermill, and this is saved on my hotel list now. We’ll definitely come back after this job. Room 313 is clean, quiet, and spacious, and lynn at the front desk was awesome in giving me that room. The breakfast is good, the towels are clean, and the staff are very nice and well-trained. I also met a short-haired housekeeping staff member and asked if the washer and dryer were working. She answered right away and was friendly. The front desk staff have patiently answered all my questions without getting tired of me. I really appreciate how much they care about guests.

We picked this hotel for the convenient location and indoor pool. The pool was warm and had plenty of towels, the room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. A nice bonus, it opens early on weekends. When we accidentally left a smart watch behind, the staff called, texted, and emailed to make sure we didn’t leave town without it. Thank you! ❤️❤️❤️

The room Miss Lynn gave my husband and me was very clean, and we weren’t charged for checking in early. She made sure it was ready and cleaned as soon as possible, which helped a lot after my husband drove all the way from Louisiana to Virginia. We could rest as soon as we arrived, and the team really made the day easier. Housekeeping has been great. They clean whenever I request it, and when I had one small issue, they fixed it right away. They don’t ignore requests and really take care of guests. Patricia also keeps checking how our stay is going and whether we need anything. I love the clean smell of the products they use, and as someone who’s literally OCD, I appreciate smelling that fresh scent on the floor and seeing it properly wiped. We’re still checked in and I just wanted to write this review. I love reviewing every hotel we stay at, and we’ll surely come back when we’re in town for this job.

A dog in the next room barked because its owner had left it alone, so I had to move to another floor. The room was very nice. We weren’t ready for the eight-hour drive, so we stayed overnight. I wish guests with pets could be put on their own floor.
