I stayed with my family for two weeks while we waited for our home to be ready to move into, and most of the staff were amazing. Dylan and Zoey were especially sweet, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile. Jaydah, though, was rude and inconsiderate. When I asked for kitchenware, she said a long-term guest had it, even though guests are supposed to return it when done. I’d been asking for the same items since check-in, and they shouldn’t be kept from other families for days. When I asked for another trash bag to double bag our clothes, she gave my partner attitude and didn’t want to hand one over. She asked me, “What do you want me to do?” If this job means answering calls and checking people in, that’s all she seems willing to do. No needs were met. She’s not representing Mainstay well. Don’t ask Jaydah, she’ll give you a bad day.

Zoey, the housekeeping inspector, stopped by to check that we had what we needed and that the room met our standards. Everything smelled fresh and clean, including the beds and bathroom. The service couldn’t have been better, and we’ll definitely return. The room layout was perfect, with a seating area and small kitchenette, plus a separate bedroom and full bathroom. Thanks, Zoey.

My husband and I had the BEST stay here about a month ago. Zoey took great care of us, and all the staff were so friendly. It felt clean and welcoming, and I’d definitely come back next time we’re in Wilmington!

My baby’s favorite blanket was missing from the storage room when I came back the next morning, even though I called the same day to retrieve it and was told the room was “Locked.” The housekeeper definitely kept it and lied that it wasn’t there. I think she assumed I wouldn’t come back. I know I left it on the bed, but that’s not the point. Why take someone’s belongings just because you think they won’t return?
