Quality Inn & Suites Wilson I-95

I’m from wilson, so it’s disappointing to see how far this hotel has gone downhill. After a late check-in when we were already tired, we found stains on the bed and pillow. The rooms clearly aren’t being cleaned, yet they charge 100 dollars for one night. What am I paying for if I can’t even get a clean room? This place belongs on 301 with the rest of the slums.

We ended up snowed in, which stretched our stay, and Miranda, Ziari, and the whole team made us feel welcome and safe the entire time. They stayed patient through our repeated requests for extra towels and cups, lol, and showed real professionalism and hospitality. We were traveling with our 18-month-old baby girl, and their kindness made a big difference. The hotel was spacious and clean, with an exercise area I meant to use but never did. Miranda, Ziari, and everyone at this Quality Inn & Suites location made a stressful situation much more pleasant.

After a long drive, we were grateful to have somewhere peaceful to sleep. We stayed with family, and while the hotel could have been better, the staff were genuinely kind and welcoming, which we appreciated.

We stopped for a night’s sleep after a long trip. The staff were very friendly, and I’m grateful to them, but the room was a different story. It looked clean at first, though the awful cigarette smell throughout hit me right away. We had a small child with us, which upset me a lot, but it was already so late that we didn’t change rooms. Then I found hair in the bathroom corners and on the bed while making it, along with stains on every towel. I can’t imagine how many people had slept in that bed before me or how long it had been since the bedding was changed.
