Wylder Hotel Windham

Our guests kept praising the food, atmosphere, and overall vibe, and the venue was immaculate and beautifully maintained. Every staff member was wonderful, from Robin and Mack at the desk to the waitstaff, Chris and Kat, and the long-haired gentleman who helped with our arch (I'm sorry I don't know his name). Olivia was our MVP from the start. She was patient with all my emails, cared about making the day right while keeping us on budget, and had great ideas that helped bring our vision to life. The whole weekend ran smoothly, so we could enjoy it. Our wedding planner, who's coordinated hundreds of weddings around the world, was so impressed she said she'd want her own daughter married at Wylder. The staff made our wedding unforgettable. We'd give it a million stars if we could.

I was here for a conference and had a great experience. The property has a charming, beautiful feel throughout, and even the soaps in the public bathrooms and candles smelled amazing. My colleagues spoke highly of the saunas, and I enjoyed the complimentary fire pits and making s'mores at night. After the conference dinner, even the walk back to my room under the stars was relaxing. The staff were kind and helpful, from Yaretzi refreshing my room to Elisa at the front desk, the bar team filling orders, and the reception staff who helped when a fire alarm went off in one building. They handled requests quickly.

The front desk team made our trip feel special, and we loved stopping by to chat. Sobia helped us check in late after our Friday night drive from the city. On Saturday, Caitlin, Alyssa, Mack, and Sam upgraded us from a cozy double to a King suite, arranged a private sauna, set us up with electric bikes for the Windham path, and signed us up for a candle lit textured paint and sip by the fire in Evergreen with Makayla from Handmade Haven. On Sunday, Sam gave us a late checkout, so we could enjoy the sunny pool for a few extra hours, with sunscreen and fresh towels provided. We also grabbed a Bev and pastry from Babblers. The cozy double really is cozy, so it may not suit families or anyone wanting room to spread out. Its TV is tucked in the corner, which isn't ideal if bad weather keeps you inside. Communal spaces may also be limited during a wedding or corporate retreat, so it could be useful to ask about large events when booking. Those are just a few notes, though. The team went above and beyond and made our stay lovely and full. I'm hoping to return with friends for my birthday, perhaps in the farm-house. Caitlin even found time to show us the house without being asked and sent availability and pricing for our timeframe. We can't wait to come back to Wylder.

The service staff were fantastic. Sam greeted us warmly, showed us to our room, and offered to get anything we needed. Erin and Alyssa also stood out for how eager they were to help. It was a positive stay.
