Super 8 by Wyndham Windsor/Madison North

The towels were disgusting, stained with blood, and there was hair in the shower. The pillows were tiny, like something for a three year old. It also took forever to get someone to help us. A bed frame was left in the hallway, and empty TV boxes and old mattresses were lying outside on the lawn. I would've rather slept in my car. Horrible stay.

We booked late for a Coldplay concert and had no other option. The hotel is run down, dirty, and badly in need of a major renovation. A hand towel was stained all over, and one bath towel had a long black hair on it. It was definitely overpriced. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

I found a trove of needles behind the bed and told the staff, who didn't seem to care at all. Then I saw two roaches crawling around the bathroom and asked for a refund. The guy said he wasn't authorized to give me one and gave me a number that led nowhere. Disgusting, don't stay here.

There is no free breakfast. The room smelled strongly of mold or mildew the moment I opened the door. Its very loud A/C barely cooled it, even at the lowest setting. The bed pillows were tiny throw pillows, so I'm glad I brought my own. The staff were nice, though there was some language barrier. We only picked this hotel because it was next to a cheese shop I wanted to visit in the morning. I wouldn't stay again.
